Does anyone else have the problem that when you connect the laptop to the USB-C PC port, there is neither a picture nor is the laptop charging?

To use these ports, connect your PC to the "PC" USB port. Peripheral devices can be used on the other ports (including the "Service" port).

I don't think this is planned. In any case, the list of video inputs only includes DISPLAY PORT and 2x HDMI, not usbc.
