Does anyone have the same problem with nvidia control panel for UHD 4k resolution 30hz limitation? I am currently using 3840x2160 (native) 60hz, but when I switch to 4kx2k, 3840x2160 only max. 30hz is possible.

Have the same problem:
Bought this monitor Samsung lu28d590ds yesterday and only runs under the following setting:

PC 3840 x 2160 (native) on 60 hz, if I change above under UltraHD to 4k x 2k, 3840 x 2160, I can't go above 30 hz!!! Use the supplied DP cable and the setting in the monitor is set to V1.2 for display port.

Grateful for any help.
Greetings

Hello,
Yes, I had exactly the same problem and it was extremely bad for gaming. But you can (at least in Windows 10) create a new, own resolution with 60 Hz. This should be in the same window as the resolution.
Hope this could help.
Cheers
