Does anyone know how exactly to change the battery in the sensor? Unfortunately, the instructions don't help and I can't find anything on the net either.

Dismantle the holder (one screw at the bottom), then loosen the 4 screws and remove the cover and you will see 2 x 2 AA batteries that you can replace. The cover comes off a little more easily through the seal! I hope I could help you. Greetings Bernd
