Does anyone know how to reduce the background noise during calls? Making calls with the buds is impossible because the background noise is so loud 🥲

Simply switch on the noise suppression. The easiest way is to hold your finger on the right earbud for 1-2 seconds, then the message "Quite" appears. To cancel the noise suppression, hold your finger on the right earbud again and the message "Aware" will appear.
Unless you have assigned the function differently, but you can see this in the configuration menu in the Bose app. It works perfectly for me
