There are 2 full Thunderbolt 3 ports available (according to official specification).
One Thunderbolt 3 port theoretically supports 2 4K monitors at 60Hz (see https://thunderbolttechnology.net/tech...).
This is theoretical, I have only operated a single 4K monitor via one of the two Thunderbolt 3 ports.
It should also be noted that the first Thunderbolt port is needed to charge the laptop, so a monitor or adapter would also have to support Power Delivery.
