Does anyone know if the Motion Controller 3 works on the Neo without goggles? I have not been able to get the motion controller to pair on its own and all the instructions I have found so far only describe pairing with googles.

Unfortunately not.... see statement from Dji : Using DJI RC Motion 3 alone cannot control the drone. It requires pairing with DJI Goggles 3.

Probably not, as Google is the main module responsible for control. But I'm not 100% sure.
