Does it have a round-the-clock heart rate monitor ? Can the watch be fully immersed in water or worn for swimming ?
No, unfortunately not, but waterproof to a depth of 30m. Alternatives for 24/7 heart rate measurement would be fitbit Charge 2 (S, Black Silver) (Waterproof up to 50m depth) or Garmin vivosmart HR+, GPS (L, Black) (Not waterproof).
