Does it really work with dual-link DVI: 30" screen with 2560x1600?
Unfortunately, this did not work in my case: The resolution was limited to 1920 x 1080 pixels (on a 16:10 display it would be 1920 x 1200 pixels accordingly).
The HDMI port of my Lenovo V330-15IKB supports a resolution of up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. I also ensured the use of a dual-link DVI cable. The additional attempt to set up the resolution of the monitor as a custom resolution of 2560 x 1440 at half the frequency of 30 Hz was aborted by the Intel Gaphics control panel with a message that it was not possible due to lack of bandwidth. Apparently this adapter can only be operated in single link mode.
