Does the combination with a second monitor (AOC C27G1) on a Gigabyte RTX 2060 graphics card work with regard to different resolutions and Hz? I have heard problems in the form of stuttering when gaming, can anyone confirm this or what would be the solution?

It shouldn't be an issue, most people run different refresh rates for their primary monitor and secondary one.
Personally, I've never had any issues with such setup.
Make sure you enable scaling via the GPU and not the monitors (Nvidia control panel > Adjust desktop size and position > apply to GPU).
