Question about HP M479fdn Color LaserJet Pro
Does the device automatically recognise whether it is a double-sided or single-sided document that it should scan, even if 50 sheets are placed in the feeder at once? Is it always the case that you have to accept a distortion when scanning?
No, the scanner scans double-sided even if the page is blank. To automatically remove blank pages when I scan a stack of documents, I use the free NAPS2 software, which includes an option to automatically remove blank pages, among other very useful functions.
