Good day,
I assume you are talking about Apple Airplay. As far as I know, this function is not available but UPNP is. I myself stream from a FritzBox or a QNAP NAS. Works fine so far. Details can be found here:

No. But via Windows 8 you can send directly to the device...
It's definitely Windows-oriented in terms of PC connectivity.
