Does the microphone work on the Macbook Pro (2019)? And does it also work when connected to the Macbook or iPhone via USB-C adapter?

I'm also a Mac user, but so far I've only needed the headphones on my iPhone, so I haven't needed them on my Mac Air. Yes, the microphone works tip-top :-))
