does the screen being monitored suffer from banding? do you test a screen at random to see if it suffers from banding? do you give a full refund if the screen is returned because of banding?

Striping, if we are talking about the same thing, is a defect in the panel. If something like this occurs, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty. We do not test new models, as otherwise we would have to open the original packaging and would no longer be able to sell the products as "new". As a rule, the manufacturer is obliged to inspect the product before delivery. There may be various reasons why a product was returned within the return period. (You don't like it, it's too big, etc.) In the case of authorised returns, we have the information directly on the product page:
"Condition of the product: slight signs of use"
"Function: Faultless".
You can find detailed information regarding our return conditions here: https://www.digitec.ch/de...
and our warranty information here: https://www.digitec.ch/de...
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a solution here in advance, as each enquiry is looked at individually. For detailed advice, you can also contact our customer service directly. -> https://www.digitec.ch/de...
