Does the USB-C docking station work with all common Windows notebooks of all brands or is it not recognised/supported by certain manufacturers?

I had a Surface Book 2 and now an HP ProBook, both worked without any problems. But it also depends on whether the notebook's USB-C port supports DisplayPort, otherwise you won't get a picture with external monitors, if I'm not mistaken.

The dock is designed in such a way that it should work with the most common notebooks. But I have the problem, for example, that the Unify dongel doesn't really work. I have to connect it directly to the HP laptop.
I have also seen that the network drivers sometimes have problems with the dock. There are always network interruptions that don't occur without the dock.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to all current WIndows notebooks. It works perfectly with my Dell. So I can't make any statements about whether any manufacturers are not supported.
