Does this lens fit the Canon EOS 750D? The filter thread is 62mm, on the camera 58mm - does it still work?

Yes, the lens is compatible with your camera. I don't quite understand your second question. The filter diameter of the lens is 62mm. If you already have a 58mm filter, it won't work.
