Does this monitor also have a microphone and camera? Or which monitor can you recommend that meets these criteria? Does the connection cable for PC have to be ordered separately?

An HDMI cable is supplied with the unit. This can be connected to most laptops (check beforehand). Surface and other small laptops often do not have a normal HDMI output. Then the appropriate cable must be purchased
