According to the Dell website, the mount supports monitors up to 10kg (https://www.dell.com/support...). Also according to the website, the monitor you mentioned without the stand has a weight of 9.5kg, so that should just about work, even though Dell recommends monitors up to max. 38" (whereby the weight should be the decisive factor).
