Does this phone also work without the Fritz!Box as a router and also with an alternative provider such as SipCall? I usually have all the WiFi technology from Swisscom and would like to make calls via this phone with SipCall.

No, it will not work like that. The Fritzfon works via DECT radio and requires a base station. What should the Fritzfon communicate with without a Fritzbox?

It should be possible to deactivate everything on the Fritzbox that you don't need, so that it would only act as a base station. The Fritzbox can provide SIP for the Fritzfon.
