Does this stick also work with the ipad pro 11 2021?

Yes, technically it works, but this USB stick has a Lightning connector, so you would have to use an adapter. The iPAd Pro 11 2021 only has a USB-C port (only is not correct, fortunately).

To copy data with the iPad Pro 11, I recommend using a USB stick with a USB-C port:

If a Lightning connector is absolutely necessary for other devices, this one also works, it has USB-C and the Lightning connector on the other side:
