Does this surface pro 9 come with the Pencil 2.0 (charges directly) or is the old version incl. charging cable for the pen included?

The pen is not included. This must be purchased separately, as must the keyboard.
It does not come with a pen. You have to buy that
the pen recharges directly on the keyboard.
