As far as I know, the 300/400 designation is for the respective camera and not the medium. So as far as I can see: yes! Both use 'Instax wide' film.

I don't have the new Wide 400 camera, only the Wide 300, so this is just an assumption that it should work. However, according to the following sources, I am confident that this product should work:
