The PC you are considering does not have a graphics card suitable for MSFS and 16 GB memory is just enough.
It is not the right choice, you will be disappointed, see the game will not work.
The processor is fine, an I7-10700 K will do the job very well.
The minimum graphics card is a 2060 with 6 Gb of Ram
32 GB of DDR 4 memory for more comfort.
