From time to time the Logitech camera is no longer recognised/seen. USB cable from camera can be unplugged/plugged in - camera still not connected. USB cable to computer can be unplugged/plugged - camera still not connected. The only thing that helps is to disconnect the power cable from the monitor and reconnect it (switching the monitor off/on is not enough). The firmware of the monitor is up to date. Does anyone have a similar/the same problem?

Never had any problems. I use it with the USB C Cable connected to my Surface Pro 8. Works perfectly. Also charges the Surface. Great screen for Panorama pictures.
