Good day! My z506 surround speakers arrived today. I wanted to set them up but they don't get any power. What can I do about it? The plugs where the power supply goes all work, the one with the screws on the subwoofer I also checked several times. Could it be because I have a laptop and it doesn't support 5.1? (Acer e17) Kind regards Elias

No. That can't be the problem. If you have the subwoofer connected to the power supply, you still have to connect the central unit to it. This is the front speaker with the button and the volume wheel. You can then switch the whole thing on with it. If this doesn't work, it's probably a warranty problem. In that case, you have to contact Digitec.
