Good day to all can the band also be used WITHOUT carrying a smartphone? Objective: I can jog with the watch ...the smartphone stays at home. When I am back home, the data is synchronised with the smartphone after the Bluetooth connection is established... e.g. with Google Fit. Does this work with the Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4? Thank you very much for the valuable feedback.

Yes, the Mi Band should save the records. Note, however, that the Mi Band does not have GPS, so it will not record the distance you walk if you leave your smartphone at home.

For a Google Fit sync, you would need to use an unofficial app like Mibandtools. The official app does not offer this.
