Good day After I had to replace the first ring (because it was too tight). I have been wearing the new ring for 2 weeks now. The sleep duration does not match the actual sleep duration at all. The ring shows me up to 2 hours too much every morning, the waking phase is displayed as REM or light sleep, even when massaging the ring measures as sleep duration or nap. is this ring defective or is this measurement really so bad with this ring?

I think the ring is defective. My sleep times are very accurate and so far I haven't had any incorrect measurements during massages etc.

It should be borne in mind that the Ringes measures what it can "measure" with the existing sensors: Heart rate, temperature and 3D acceleration sensors. If it detects no acceleration and both heart rate and skin temperature behave accordingly, then there is a certain probability that it is sleep. In my case, it recently detected a nap during a dental treatment ;-). It is important that the ring fits perfectly and is worn correctly. In the event of grossly incorrect measurements, I recommend giving feedback directly via the app: Under Profile - Help & Support - Feedback.
