Good day does the chf 349.00 already include the cashback promotion of chf 150 on this device? or would this still be net chf 199?

Cashback is never "already included". The device is purchased at the stated price, and then the cashback amount is requested from the manufacturer and transferred to your account by the manufacturer if the conditions are met. (Which can take a few weeks).
