I have had the Z1 for about 4 months.
Regarding the monitor size:
I have an iMac 27" weighing just under 10kg. This is really the maximum weight I can expect my Z1 to bear. When I turn and move it, it hangs at different angles in different places.
The current version seems to have different joints that look a bit more stable to me than mine.
From my point of view, the Z1 is built to be placed on a table and with the joints you can push the monitor back to the vertical bar which is less than 10cm and stretch it out to about 40cm.
My minus: The Hub was a reason for me to buy this system. Unfortunately, the Hub is not stable and the stics are switched off improperly despite the transformer supplied. Annoying.
The new version seems to have different wiring, but I don't know if the voltage is sufficient.
