Question about Grundig GRB4000BTDAB+
Good day I have three of these devices On one of them, the DAB no longer works. Software version 1.00. The other two units have 1.01 installed. It also works on these devices. I have been trying to update it for a while, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know exactly how to do it or am I doing something wrong? I couldn't find anything on the internet either. Thanks for your help

According to our research, the unit would have to be reset to the factory settings in such a case. Here are the instructions:
The function allows you to reset all customised settings to the factory defaults. In this case, all settings are lost.
1 Switch on the unit in DAB or FM mode.
Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/ SEL button and the display will show the unit menu.
3 Press UP or DOWN to select Factory, then press PLAY/PAUSE/SEL to enter the factory reset menu.
If you want to perform a factory reset, use UP or DOWN to select "Yes" to reset all user settings.
The display will show "Restart" for a while to reset all settings.
