Good evening, I'm in possession of the SPH-20Dab car radio and I can't get the voice recognition to work; furthermore, both when transmitting and receiving calls I hear the caller while the other does not. Thanks

Has the microphone been connected correctly?
I tested the hands-free system before installing the radio and it worked. However, I haven't used it again since then. I have never used the voice recognition.
