Great printer, but it has one problem: After a few days it is "offline" and I don't know how to get it to print again. I have the printer on a wired network, the print server is a Windows PC. Thanks for the support.

Try the following:
Switch off the router, computer and printer and disconnect them from the power supply (pull the plug!). After 15 seconds, switch on the router again and wait 10 minutes. Then switch on the computer (wait 5 minutes). Then switch on the printer. It should now be online again.
In addition, you can download the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" from the HP support page and start it.
If it still goes offline sporadically, try changing the LAN cables (ideally, they should all have the same KAT in your network).
