Unfortunately, we have no experience with this. If the background of the request is that several people want to share the scanner without reconnecting, we recommend Silex DS-510 (EU) USB Device Server. This device server offers a kind of 'traffic light system' for the scanning task: The person who wants to scan takes the scanner when free (traffic light green) - All others get a traffic light red (scanner busy) at that moment. In this case, the driver and the scan application must also be installed on each PC, as well as a small additional software from Silex, which routes the local USB port to the USB device server from Silex.
Note: This solution is only ideal if all users are in the same office, as the scan application has to be started on their own PC, unless they work with the 'job buttons' on the scanner.
