Has anyone had any experience updating this monitor? I don't know what I'm doing wrong... I get the software directly from the Samsung site, extract the folder and copy the update file to a USB stick. (IMG file)(https://www.samsung.com/de/support/model/LS49AG954NUXEN/) Of course I have already tried the other USB slot... I also changed the name of the file from M-A9549GGPA-1006.1[1364] to M-A9549GGPA-1006.1, because my monitor requires a file with the name M-A9549GGPA-****-*. However, nothing helps and I can't find any help on this or if anyone has the same problems as me. If anyone knows more, I would be very grateful for advice :)

Yes, the firmware update is really tedious with this monitor as with the predecessor 😅 I also had to select the "Software Update" option several times until it finally found / accepted the USB stick (certainly 5 times). But it eventually worked for me, it just takes several attempts. I used a smaller, freshly formatted USB stick with 8 GB. You don't have to change the name of the file, I just left it at "M-A9549GGPA-1006.1[1364]".
