Has anyone upgraded the RAM to 2x16GB or 2x32GB? If so, where did you find the RAM? I didn't find any RAM for this model in the online shop (only 2x8GB, which is already installed).

Not yet, but these 2 sets are compatible according to the Crucial website:
Micron CT2K16G48C40S5 (2 x 16GB, 4800 MHz, DDR5-RAM, SO-DIMM)
Crucial CT2K32G48C40S5 (2 x 32GB, 4800 MHz, DDR5-RAM, SO-DIMM)

I myself will probably upgrade to the above 2x16GB soon.
