has over 10 in stock and will not replace me. I still find that insufficient. Defective after just under 14 months. Not used every day. Should still be in top condition. Visual condition was still like new because I am very careful. Digitec service an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Waiting now for over 3 weeks for repair, replacement or refund. Got a message on Monday. Service delayed ...what should I do with such an info ? Of no use to me at all!

After my Momentum 3 became defective one day before the warranty expired, I sent it in for repair or replacement on 22 May. A replacement was then delivered to me on 29 June. Since the replacement came directly from Sennheiser, it took a little longer.
