Headset just received. Via Bluetooth absolutely unsuitable for Windows 10. It does not accept the connection when the headset is "started", takes 4-5 attempts until it runs stably. In-game sound is awful. Apparently you can't return the thing? Does anyone know if it works better with the wireless adapter?

In my view, unusable for pure Windows operation. Even with the WLAN adapter.
Sound/Mic OK. But poor offline CFG app. Always annoying "clicking". And if the headset is not started in front of the PC, the mic only works unreliably. (e.g. in Discord)
After a week I capitulated and ordered the Logitech G935, plugged it in and everything works.

Yes it is, it connects perfectly with XBox, which is what I think it was designed for. For me, the connection with a Win10 laptop only worked with the adapter. However, I always have to pair it again = if I use it on the Xbox, I have to pair it again with the wireless adapter, and if I then want to connect it to the Xbox again, I have to do the same, which is quite tedious. Connecting an IPhone etc. in parallel works well.
