Hello all. When I connect the monitor to my Mac or also to my HP with a display port cable, the monitor does not recognise the signal. It can't be the cable. Is there any way to connect the two devices via Displayport?

I have the curved screen
Samsung LU32R590CWUXEN (32", 3840 x 2160 Pixels) Serial number: 8801643578459
via the docking station
i-tec Dual DP USB-C Power Delivery 4k Dock (DisplayPort, 100W, USB Type C, USB A)
to the laptop
ASUS Expertbook B9 450FA-BM0264R (14", Full HD, Intel Core i5-10210U, 16GB, 512GB, SSD)
connected. And almost every time I restart the laptop, the screen needs an extra charge to make the display port active. This usually works by me switching the docking station off and on again. The DP input on the screen seems to me to be too insensitive.
