Hello, are you having problems with the Windows devices? The headphones work perfectly on the iPhone 15, but on the notebook the connection is lost every day and has to be re-established. I have already tried uninstalling the driver, deleting the headphones, using them on another Windows PC - always the same problem.

It was different for me: Windows was okay, but the devices didn't want to connect to Android automatically (when removed from the case) - manual connection to Android was necessary.
New pairing, settings in the app - tried a lot.
When I was about to give up, it suddenly worked.
Because of the hassle, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
