Hello, can I attach the Razer seiren mini to the arm and if so, do I have to buy anything else?

I would say that should fit. You can unscrew the base and attach the mic directly to the arm.
According to the Razer website:
> You can also remove it and attach it to a mic boom or any other mic stand with a standard 5/8" thread.
