All modern video games have English as a default language especially AAA games (there are rare exceptions, but those are mostly Japan only games). The box showing DE, IT and FR is mostly to advertise that the game has also been translated to those languages.

English is always included. For Switzerland, however, only the national languages are usually listed.
No guarantee, as I don't work at Digitec, but so far all games have had the English soundtrack and it wouldn't make sense to remove it just for the Swiss market. After all, many English speakers live here.
