Hello Digitec I bought the Hyperdrive Dual. We have connected it to two monitors with both MAC and Windows. The picture quality via HDMI2 is very poor. HDMI1 is OK. Can I return the product? Apparently this is a known phenomenon with this product as I read on the internet this morning. Thank you very much for your clarifications. Greetings
