Hello, does anyone else have the problem that the cover of the left ear cup is not properly fixed? With every slight movement of the head, you hear such a loud click, which is really annoying. For this price, I find this unacceptable and consider it a defect.

I have been using the Jabra Evolve2 65 for about 2 months now and have not had this problem. The quality of the product and the use with Microsoft Teams telephony is very good. I have now been using 27 of these devices since last Wednesday for our switch to Microsoft Teams telephony and have not yet received any such feedback from employees. So I am assuming you may have got a so called Monday model. I would send this in for warranty.

The covers on my ear cups fit tightly. Nothing rattles. It seems to be a defect indeed.
