Hello, does the dock also work with an ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED? Or does the ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED need a different dock?

According to my research, a USB-A port is required on your notebook to use the connectors. If you want to charge your notebook via the docking station, you should check whether the charging port on your notebook has one of the following diameters: Φ4, Φ4.5 or Φ5.5.

If your model offers Thunderbolt or USB-C with DisplayPort support, other alternatives are available, such as the i-tec USB-C Hub (USB C).
