To scan, simply use the same method as for photocopying, either by placing it on the glass or on the paper tractor and then scanning it by email or onto a USB stick. The scanning density can be adjusted.
There is an A3 drawer and an A4 drawer.

Everything is technically included with this device. However, I think WLAN is missing, i.e. connection is best via LAN cable.

There are 4 set-up options for scanning:
1. saving to USB stick (easiest, but of course you have to buy the stick yourself)
2. send to PC via driver software (also very simple)
3. sending via e-mail (if you have a supplier that still allows this)
4. sending to a password-protected, shared folder (SMB share)
