It worked for me on the first try. But make sure you have the right version of Razer synapse (check after update). Otherwise I don't know what the problem could be. Hope you can solve your problem.

So basically the BS 2023 v2 pro is also supported in razer synapse.
In the programme there is a function to search for devices, try this, otherwise update Synapse or reinstall (I sometimes have the problem that the devices simply disappear from Synapse, after reinstalling they are there again).
