Hello, I'm replying about my door lock. I didn't have any problems opening or closing it. I think you should recalibrate the opening and closing of the door via the app. I've set it to single close during the day and double close at 9pm. Maybe the mechanical part of the lock is stuck and not running properly in the tracks. I hope I was able to help you, ciao!
