The quality of the microphone isn't up to expectations for a headset like this, and I don't know whether firmware upgrades via the logitech G hub software will solve the problem. People can hear us just fine in-game though ;)

I have not received any complaints about the microphone and I use it for several hours every day. Everything is fine with it.

I'm not sure. On the other hand, I don't see any problems with the microphone. I use it every day with M teams and Discord and it's perfect. There's also a blue Voice mode or something like that that's just perfect. I hope I've answered your question.
