Question about Fitbit Charge 5

Hello everyone. I bought the watch in October because I had a good experience with the Charge 4. Now almost nothing works and the watch eats up the battery in 12 hours. The sensors don't light up, so nothing can be measured. I've already set it up again and updated it, but it's no use. Is the watch already defective?

Helpful answer
Hello, my Charge 5 runs much more reliably than the Charge 4. If it doesn't respond at all, I would try restarting with the charging cable first.
-Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
-Press the button on the flat end of the charger three times within 8 seconds and hold each press for about 1 second. (The button is located on the USB-A connector of the charger cable).
-Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
And if the device restarts and still doesn't work properly after that, I would contact support via the homepage. (myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en) via chat or phone during office hours. (My wife had problems with a FItbit Lux, which was replaced within a very short time after telephone support).

Mine runs for several days, sensors light up.... yours is probably a warranty case.
