Hello everyone. I bought this webcam (Logitech C920s Pro HD) because I need to skype occasionally in the future. I loaded Skype onto the computer and installed the camera using Logitech Camera Settings and later Logitech Tune. (But not Capture, as that takes up a lot of memory). But then: Under Logitech Camera Settings I should be able to change the zoom, but this is not possible. Under Skype settings I can adjust the "zoom" slider and confirm with OK but nothing changes afterwards. Now I have really wasted so much time with Youtube videos on the subject, I have also followed the corresponding tips but nothing changes. In addition, when I choose a background image, my outline is distorted quite a bit around the head. So it looks unnatural. Maybe someone had the same beginner problems and can give me a tip?
