Question about Huawei FreeBuds 6i

Hello everyone. I have been using the Freebuds 3 so far and have just tested the 6i. The background noise with ANC (noise cancelling) is significantly louder than with the older 3i. Is this the case with all of them and can it be remedied somehow? They are quieter in a quiet neighbourhood without ANC switched on than with ANC. I also wonder if the models with lower numbers are considered more advanced in china. So Freebuds 3 > than Freebuds 6

I don't know if it's still relevant for you. But I also treated myself to the 6i after the 3i (although still tip-top)...and unfortunately I can confirm the stronger ANC background noise with the 6i. I still find them better for listening. The Pro would be too expensive for me
